Rallying - 2005-2007		Ecosse 205 Challenge & SRC
Alick started competing just 4 days after his 17th birthday at the end of 2005. He went on to compete in two full seasons of the Ecosse 205 Challenge and the Scottish Rally Championship. Alick has also taken part in a number of non-championship rallies including the 2007 Tunnocks Tour of Mull.

	Alick raced a 1000cc Mini in the 2004 British Rallycross Championship. The events took place at circuits the length and breadth of the UK, from Knockhill to Brands Hatch, with a round taking place at Mondello Park, County Kildare.
	He finished 7th overall in the 2004 Championship despite missing the first two rounds in Northern Ireland and finished 6th in the British Rallycross Grand Prix at the end of 2004.

Ford Rallye Academy - 2003		Ford Rallye Academy
2003 saw a move from kart racing into cars with the Ford Rallye Academy where Alick achieved some notable successes including winning the first ever round of that championship. Neil Brogden, Ford Rallye Academy Director, commented, "... for instructors it was a chance to think of excuses as to why they couldn’t beat Alick’s time."

	Alick raced karts from the age of eight, starting off in the Comer Cadet class before moving on to the 100cc Junior TKM class and then to the 125cc Junior Rotax Max class, in local and national championships.
